Small but mighty - this 5 x 4 metre courtyard garden packs a punch, with strong architectural planting and a bold black backdrop that really lets the plants sing. The clients are a young couple with a strong aesthetic sensibility and they wanted a low maintenance garden that would look good year round and complement the style of their interior design.

A backbone of evergreen planting provides structure year round with pops of colour for seasonal interest.
A Corten water bowl set within the planting provides a relaxing and beautiful focal point and the warm tones perfectly complement the soft honey clay pavers.
